Save Water Now - Returns Policy

Now Enterprises offers returns under the Trade practices act in Australia.
If your product arrives faulty, you can return it
If your product arrives not as described, you can return it
If your product arrives not in a merchantable quality, you can return it
If your product arrives and it’s not fit for purpose, you can return it
If you simply change your mind & no longer want the product, you can’t return it

The return criteria is simple
You must return the product with postage at your expense, & we will provide an exchange for goods of the same value, or else we will provide a refund less our original postage costs (usually around $15)
The product must arrive back to us in the same quality as you have received the product.
Products must be received by us within 14 days of the receipt of goods.
